Membership - Brookfield Country Club Homeowners Association

Membership fees are $75 per household annually. Membership in BCCHOA includes many benefits:

Brookfield Directory — a printed member directory listing residents, along with neighborhood services, such as babysitters, pet sitters, house sitters, etc. An online version is also available (see Member Links below)
Neighbor to Neighbor — an online message board where members can discuss issues and exchange information. Learn More about the Message Board.
Committees — opportunities to serve on various committees and become directly involved in your community's quality of life.
Club Participation — many opportunities to meet neighbors and share common interests in
get-togethers and events.
Charity Events — activities that benefit others and enhance community spirit.
