Membership dues are $100.00 ($75 if you pay before March 1st). Membership in BCCHOA includes many benefits:

Directory — a printed member directory listing residents, along with
neighborhood services,
such as babysitters, pet sitters, house
sitters, etc. An online version is also available (see Member Links below)
