STOP SIGN REPLACEMENT
The BCC HOA has recently replaced any faded or damaged stop signs on the black decorative posts throughout the entire neighborhood. We worked closely with a private company for the sign installation and with the City of Roswell, who provided the new stop signs at no cost to the Brookfield HOA. We would like to thank the city for their willingness to work with us on this project!

FRONT ENTRANCE IMPROVEMENTS
The Brookfield Country Club Homeowners Association is working on a long term plan to upgrade our front entrances, an area of the neighborhood every resident enjoys. Did you know we have FIVE of them! All designed with stacked stone and planted seasonally with annuals. Maintaining these entrances is a huge part of the HOA budget. Between landscaping, watering and lighting, we devote almost 30K of our budget towards entrances. Unfortunately, our monuments are an aging asset, the masonry has deteriorated, and the stone has become loose or fallen off. Much of the landscape has become overgrown and is beyond its useful life. The sign faces could also use a facelift with our new HOA logo to reflect the updated appearance of our neighborhood. The HOA is in the process of acquiring surveys to update the entrances. With those in hand we will be able to create artist renderings of new plantings and monuments in order to more accurately assess what is needed.
