Board of Directors

Lindsey Churchill – President

My name is Lindsey Churchill and I am excited about the opportunity to serve on the Brookfield HOA Board. Our family moved to Roswell two years ago and we have a 5th grade daughter at Mountain Park, along with a 3 year old yellow lab and an aging white cat. We love Brookfield and plan to live here for many years! I approached the current HOA Board seeking ways to become more involved with the neighborhood and was appointed to fill a vacancy around six months ago. If elected to a full term, I plan to continue working towards increasing the sense of community in the neighborhood, keeping Brookfield both beautiful and safe, and growing both awareness of and membership in our HOA.

James Lee – Vice-President and Beautification Initiative Chair

My wife Brenda and I moved to Brookfield in June of 2017 from Forsyth county. We lived there for 21 years where we raised our two sons, Jared and Patrick.  We are thrilled that we made the move to Brookfield and we appreciate all that the community has to offer. I was appointed to the HOA board to fill a vacancy in 2018 and it has been a pleasure serving alongside the other board members. It is exciting to see the enthusiasm and commitment that is shared with this group for our community, and I look forward on serving another term as a board member and chair of the beautification committee.  Currently, the board has several projects that are underway that will prove to be a benefit to everyone that calls Brookfield home and I am looking forward to being a part of the progress.

William Poole – Treasurer and Directory/Membership Chair

My name is William Poole.  My wife, Julie and son, Davis (16) have lived in Brookfield CC on Ferncroft Court since 2010.  We really enjoy living in the Roswell area.  I have served on the HOA board for the last three years in both the maintenance and Treasurer roles.  I am also active with the Roswell High School marching band booster association and the Robotics Club, and like to help out the school in any way I can.  My goals for the HOA include keeping the neighborhood looking nice, the safety of our residents, and growing community relations within the neighborhood.
Tegan Mackay – Secretary and Community Enhancement Committee Member

My name is Tegan Mackay.  My husband, Scott, and I moved into Brookfield the year we were married in 2005.  We are raising a daughter, Kyla, who attends Crabapple Middle School and a son, Ian, attending Mountain Park Elementary.  We have thoroughly enjoyed our life here in Roswell, have made many close friends in the neighborhood and plan to stay in Brookfield for many more years. Having a safe and attractive neighborhood is important to me, as well as creating a stronger community and greater involvement in our HOA.  I would love the opportunity to serve on our Board and make a difference in our community.

Julie Ferris – New Neighbor Liason Chair and Beautification Initiative Committee Member

My name is Julie Ferris and I’m interested in a position to serve on the Brookfield HOA. My husband, Bob, and I moved to BCC in April of 2016 from Edenwilde. We have two children, Rob and Kathryn, who attend school at Crabapple Middle School. I am a preschool teacher at Northbrook UMC and volunteer at the middle school as well as our church. We’ve been members of Brookfield Country Club for 5 years. We always loved the older homes and bigger lots in BCC and were driving over here almost every day for my son to practice golf so we made the decision to move into the neighborhood! We love it here and feel like this is will be our home for many years. We had a very active HOA in Edenwilde so it has been interesting to live in BCC with a voluntary HOA.

Jeff Hamling – Civic Affairs Chair

Jeff Hamling is a Roswell native graduating from Roswell High School in 1999. After graduating from UGA in 2003, Jeff worked for Congressman Tom Price for 6 years. He and his wife, Caulie, moved to Brookfield in 2010 and have three children: Slade, Coe and Huddie. Jeff currently works for Cornerstone Government Affairs as a lobbyist
Ryan Rocco – Landscape / Maintenance Committee Chair

My wife Lindsay, and I moved into the neighborhood 4 years ago. We have two children, Elle (8) and Charlie (5). I’m a local business owner in Roswell and love the sense of community that Brookfield has to offer. I’ve been the landscape chair since 2107, my term ends in 2019. I feel that we’ve made some significant improvements this past year and look forward to even more this year.
Dean Robertson – Community Enhancement Chair

My wife, Bethany Robertson, and I moved our family of five to Brookfield in August 2016. After looking at many homes in many different neighborhoods we felt Brookfield offered the diversity of families, homes and amenities we were wanting in order to continue to raise our family. While two children are off to college, we still have a 9th grader at home attending Fellowship Christian School to keep us on our toes. I have been fortunate to have an active role in the last two HOA’s we have been associated with, most recently as the President of Flowers Crossing at The Mill POA, a 692 home neighborhood in Lawrenceville GA. We are excited to be a part of Brookfield and all that it has to offer over the coming years. I look forward to serving in any way I am able.

Cheryl Moulton – Newsletter Committee Chair

I am a long-time resident of BCC and am proud to live in the most sought-after golf course community in North Fulton!  As Realtors, my husband Neil, and I, to date, have sold over 350 homes in the subdivision and have not only enjoyed meeting many of our neighbors in the process but have also enjoyed seeing the community grow and increase in value as we have become "close in" and "in popular demand".  We have renovated our personal ranch at 140 Farmstead Lane 5 times and have encouraged many others to do the same. As a Realtor, I am always available for free advice on trending updates and home improvements that make a difference when selling.   God, Family, Church and Community have been the order of our lives.  We have raised two amazing daughters here and every day we enjoy our large private lot and golf course view! We plan to spend the rest of our days in our amazing home and continue cherishing our friends in this community.
As a member of the Brookfield CC HOA I have grown to appreciate the number of volunteer hours spent by our board and the amount that has been accomplished with so little participation.  If more residents volunteer to help, our 50-year-old community will continue to thrive and the value of homes will continue to increase!  As the HOA makes more and more improvements, our values WILL skyrocket! Go HOA!

Kevin McCann – Civic Affairs Committee Member and Community Enhancement Committee Member

My name is Kevin McCann and my wife, April, and I have lived on Mountain Laurel Drive for over 7 years now. We have a 9 year old, 4th Grade daughter and a 5 year old, Pre-K son. I am currently the HOA President and am excited about running for another 3 year term as a member of this dynamic group. Since joining the board, I have been Secretary, Vice President and President and look forward to serving in whatever way I can. The issues that most concern me are safety, growing this neighborhood into a tighter knit community and our property values. All of which we as a board have and will continue to address with your help and participation.

Dave Woodrow – Civic Affairs Committee Member and Beautification Initiative Committee Member

Dave and his family have been residents of Brookfield for the past 26 years.  The people and the quality of life were what first attracted Dave and his family to Roswell and in turn, Brookfield. Those same reasons are why they have remained and been an active part of the Brookfield community.
He has longstanding relationships with city officials and other neighborhood HOAs. One of Dave’s primary goals is to establish a greater sense of “community” within Brookfield and work to move forward the specific interests of Brookfield within the greater context of the City of Roswell’s growth and development plans.  Dave wants Brookfield’s voice to be heard by the city just as clearly as other more active HOAs

Heather Greenway – Landscape / Maitenance Committee Member, Beautification Initiative Committee Member and Newsletter Committee Committee Member

I have lived in Brookfield since 2013 and have two young boys that I Hybrid Homeschool. Despite my busy home life, I wanted to join the Board to help really make Brookfield the loveliest neighborhood it can be! This is my second year on the Board and I am always dreaming of ways we can make it even better as our budget allows. I feel we have made great strides this past year, and with your continued support we are sure to get there!!!

Elaine Lee - Directory/Membership Committee Chair and New Neighbor Liason Committee Chair

My name is Elaine Lee and I live on Arroyo Drive with my husband, Ken, and two children, Zach (13) and Piper (11). We moved to Brookfield CC in June 2018 but have a 25-year history in Roswell (with a 5-year gap in Hilton Head, SC). When we moved back to Roswell, we knew we wanted to move into Brookfield. We had heard all the great things the neighborhood had to offer and loved the sense of community and amenities available.  I am a self-employed graphic designer, which affords me the luxury of volunteering my time, whether it be with my children’s school, their extracurricular activities, or the Brookfield HOA! I am interested in preserving the beauty of our neighborhood and its property values, as well as, advancing awareness of how our HOA benefits residents.
