Meet the Board

	Andy Williams – President and Civic Affairs Committee Chair Andy Williams serves as Executive Director of Visit Roswell, the Convention & Visitors Bureau of Roswell, Georgia. At the CVB, he and his team are charged with leading the efforts of tourism promotion through marketing, sales and film activities relevant to the destination’s hotels, restaurants, venues, special events and attractions. Andy is a graduate of Young Harris College and Georgia Southern University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in tourism & commercial recreation. Andy and his wife Ryan have lived in Brookfield Country Club since June 2019 and have a three-year-old daughter, Addie, and five-year-old son, Morgan.


	James Lee – Vice President and Safety Committee Chair My wife Brenda and I moved to Brookfield in June of 2017 from Forsyth county. We lived there for 21 years where we raised our two sons, Jared and Patrick. We are thrilled that we made the move to Brookfield and we appreciate all that the community has to offer. It is exciting to see the enthusiasm and commitment that is shared with this group for our community, and I look forward on serving another term as a President. Currently, the board has several projects that are underway that will prove to be a benefit to everyone that calls Brookfield home and I am looking forward to being a part of the progress.

	William Poole – Treasurer My name is William Poole. My wife, Julie and son, Davis (20, War Eagle) have lived in Brookfield CC on Ferncroft Court since 2010. We really enjoy living in the Roswell area. I have previously served on the HOA Board in both the maintenance and Treasurer roles. I have also served on various boards with Roswell High School in the past. My goals for the HOA include keeping the neighborhood looking nice, the safety of our residents, and growing community relations within the neighborhood.

	Kerry Veale - Secretary My husband Charles and I moved to Brookfield in June of 2020 and are so happy to be here. While new to Brookfield, we are 20+ year residents of Roswell and have been active and taken leadership roles in our kids schools: Amana Academy, Roswell North and St. Peter Chanel Preschool for years. We have three daughters, Hannah (16 - Junior at Roswell High School), Olivia (13 - 8th grade at Amana Academy) and Fiona (10 - 5th grade at Amana Academy). I'm a realtor with Keller Williams Realty Consultants in Roswell and my husband works for Home Depot corporate and has a side business as DJ Dad, deejaying & emceeing family friendly events. Prior to being in real estate, I worked 14 years at CNN and Turner Broadcasting in Marketing, Ad Sales and Client Events. Look forward to using my experience to help with needs in the community.

	Mike Brandenburg- Safety Committee Chair My wife Stephanie and I got married in April 2018. Stephanie is from Baltimore and currently works for IHG. I grew up in Fayette County, Georgia and currently work for Home Depot. We lived in an apartment next to the Braves stadium until May 2021 when we decided to purchase our first home together. We were determined to find the right place to settle down and start a family. We found that place here in Brookfield! After completing a full renovation, we finally feel settled in. We love it here and so do our two cats, Skippy and Freddie. There is so much scenery and wildlife for them to see! We feel so fortunate to be surrounded by such amazing neighbors! I would love nothing more than to be a part of keeping this community great and serving you, our neighbors, as a member of the HOA Board.



	Susie Corona – New Homeowner Liaison Committee Chair My husband, Danny, and I moved from Scottsdale, AZ in 2019 to be close to our extended families who live in Roswell and Woodstock, GA. Our children, Riley and Charlie, who were both in college at the time, decided that upon graduation, that they were going to stay in the Southeast. We decided on Brookfield CC as it was the type of neighborhood that our family loved, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The Brookfield community is so welcoming, starting from the beautiful entrances, continuing with the well-kept properties, and the true kindness of the residents. As realtors, both in Arizona and Georgia, we understand the importance of these qualities in a community. We feel that is why Brookfield CC is a highly sought-after neighborhood. I am honored to be part of the Brookfield CC HOA Board, to assist in maintaining the beauty of our neighborhood and make everyone who lives here feel welcomed and at home.

	Denise DeVigne – Community Enhancement/Beautification Committee Chair Brookfield Country Club has been my home since December of 2000. In 2003, I started my own interior design business and have enjoyed renovating, designing and decorating many homes within BCC and the surrounding areas. My home was a traditional 1976 Chatham Ranch which I gutted and completely renovated and added a second story. I have a 20 year-old son, Cole, who attends the University of Kentucky. Having my own business has allowed me to be involved in all aspects of my son's academics and sports. I have enjoyed this neighborhood and the friendships I have made the last 24 years and look forward to serving on the HOA Board to help maintain a safe and beautiful community.

	Ridley Hailey - Landscape / Maintenance Committee Chair Ridley was born and raised in Georgia. He moved to Brookfield 5 years ago with his wife Sarah, daughter Ellis and son Hugh. He is a Landscape Architect with 18 years of experience and is looking forward to working with the community.

	Vatche Istanboulian - Landscape / Maintenance Committee Chair My name is Vatche Istanboulian and I live at 12630 Silver Fox Court. I moved to BCC in 2017. I have five kids, I own a tree removal and tree trimming business (Golden Acres Tree Care LLC) and would love to join the BCC HOA Board.

	Joe Jarrett – Membership Committee Co-Chair My family and I recently moved to Brookfield and are excited about getting involved in the HOA. I have been married to my wife, Wendy, for 25 years and have two boys, Jacob and Lawson. Jacob is 18 years old, attends and plays football at Tennessee Tech University & Lawson 16 years old, attends Roswell High School and plays football and baseball. We are involved with Fellowship of Christian Athletes and are active members at Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell. I love people and have a solid understanding of the local real estate and mortgage markets.

	David Keefer - Board Member David Keefer recently retired from the U.S. EPA as the manager of the Superfund remedial program for the Region 4 office in Atlanta, Georgia. Region 4 is one of the largest EPA Regions encompassing eight states, 357,000 square miles, 2,000 miles of coastline, and more than 68 million people. Prior to EPA, David worked for 14 years as an environmental consultant in various roles including operations manager; office manager and program manager. He received his MS in Geology from Auburn University in 1992 and is an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. David and his wife Allison (a former BCCHOA Board member) and their three children, moved to Brookfield in 2000 from Oak Ridge, TN. David was the Commander of the Roswell American Legion Post from 2007 to 2016 and remains active with local veteran’s service organizations. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Georgia State University teaching the Geology of Georgia class.



	Brian Quigley - Membership Committee Chair I have lived in Brookfield for the past 8 years with my wife Nancy, daughter Ella, who goes to Roswell HS and Brooklyn our English bulldog!! I love the neighborhood, family friendly atmosphere BCC has to offer… I have seen a big change, for the better, in the 8 years we have lived here…We are lucky to live on the golf course and love seeing and hearing all the activity on the course…both the great shots and putts along with the not so great shots..!!! This neighborhood has some great history to it and as new families move in and fix up their homes and yards it’s all for the betterment of BCC. I look forward to working with the HOA board and community to help keep making Brookfield the great place we all have to call home…
