Meet the Board

James Lee – President
My wife Brenda and I moved to Brookfield in June of 2017 from Forsyth county. We lived there for 21 years where we raised our two sons, Jared and Patrick.  We are thrilled that we made the move to Brookfield and we appreciate all that the community has to offer. It is exciting to see the enthusiasm and commitment that is shared with this group for our community, and I look forward on serving another term as a President.  Currently, the board has several projects that are underway that will prove to be a benefit to everyone that calls Brookfield home and I am looking forward to being a part of the progress.
Ryan Rocco – Landscape / Maintenance Committee Chair
My wife Lindsay, and I moved into the neighborhood 4 years ago. We have two children, Elle (8) and Charlie (5). I’m a local business owner in Roswell and love the sense of community that Brookfield has to offer. I’ve been the landscape chair since 2107, my term ends in 2019. I feel that we’ve made some significant improvements this past year and look forward to even more this year.
Joe Jarrett – Directory Committee Chair
My family and I recently moved to Brookfield and are excited about getting involved in the HOA. I have been married to my wife, Wendy, for 25 years and have two boys, Jacob and Lawson. Jacob is 18 years old, attends and plays football at Tennessee Tech University & Lawson 16 years old, attends Roswell High School and plays football and baseball. We are involved with Fellowship of Christian Athletes and are active members at Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell. I love people and have a solid understanding of the local real estate and mortgage markets.
Tegan Mackay – Treasurer and Community Enhancement Committee Member
My husband, Scott, and I moved into Brookfield the year we were married in 2005.  We are raising a daughter, Kyla, who attends Crabapple Middle School and a son, Ian, attending Mountain Park Elementary.  We have thoroughly enjoyed our life here in Roswell, have made many close friends in the neighborhood and plan to stay in Brookfield for many more years. Having a safe and attractive neighborhood is important to me, as well as creating a stronger community and greater involvement in our HOA.
Denise DeVigne – Beautification Committee Member
Brookfield Country Club has been my home since December of 2000. In 2003, I started my own interior design business and have enjoyed renovating, designing and decorating many homes within BCC and the surrounding areas. My home was a traditional 1976 Chatham Ranch which I gutted and completely renovated and added a second story.  I have a 16-year-old son, Cole, who plays lacrosse at Roswell High School. Having my own business has allowed me to be involved and volunteer for my son’s schools, activities, local charities and clubs. I have enjoyed this neighborhood and the friendships I have made the last 20 years and look forward to serving on the HOA Board to help maintain a safe and beautiful community.
Jeff Hamling – Civic Affairs Chair
Jeff is a Roswell native graduating from Roswell High School in 1999. After graduating from UGA in 2003, Jeff worked for Congressman Tom Price for 6 years. He and his wife, Caulie, moved to Brookfield in 2010 and have three children: Slade, Coe and Huddie. Jeff currently works for Cornerstone Government Affairs as a lobbyist.
Brooke Neugebauer - Landscape / Maintenance Committee Member
My husband, Andy, and I move to Brookfield in June of 2020 with our two boys, Gavin and Wade. Gavin is 12 years old and attends Crabapple Middle School, and Wade is 11 and attends Mountain Park Elementary. Both boys play lacrosse for various Roswell teams and are on a select travel team.  This summer while we were settling into our new home on Finnsbury Dr. and getting back into the swing of sports due to Covid restrictions, I was taking a landscape design course through Emory University and in August receive my certification. This fall was a great experience seeing my front yard transform into what I had planned on paper. I am excited and honored by the opportunity to serve the HOA and help improve our community.
Kristen Rose – Community Enhancement Committee Member
I recently purchased a home in Brookfield Country Club, and I am very excited to be a part of this neighborhood and community. I have a 13 year old son named Cayden, who is in the 7th grade and attending Atlanta Academy. In 2012, I was in a catastrophic crash caused by a tire failure due to a manufacturer safety recall. From that experience, it allowed me to see how broken the recall system is and the lack of resources provided. This empowered me to create a 501 (c)(3) not for profit organization- Tire Safety Foundation (TSF). TSF brings awareness and education to the consumers as well as the auto/tire industry on the importance of manufacturer safety recalls. We also work at the local, state and federal levels to recommend and advocate for legislati9on that advances tire safety, road safety, and auto/tire recall regulations. In joining the BCC HOA, I feel I can help in contributing towards making safety a priority and creating a safer neighborhood and community to live in.
Jeanie Clinksales – New Neighbor Liaison Committee Chair
My husband and I have lived in Brookfield Country Club for 27 years. We love this neighborhood and raised our daughter Molly here.
I have worked in education for 13 years, flown for Delta Airlines for 28 years and been a residential realtor for the last 7 years.
I am happy to be involved with the HOA and look forward to welcoming all our new neighbors!
Kirsten Wittan – Community Enhancement Committee Member
My husband, Adam, and I bought our house in 2018 while relocating back to the area from Florida. I am a Georgia native, and even spent a few of my childhood years right here in Brookfield. I am a certified interior designer but have put my career on hold temporarily while I care for our four children - our daughters, 13-year-old twins and a 3-year-old, and our son who recently turned 1. Adam and I spend our free time trying new restaurants and local breweries and we try to get in 9 holes of golf together once a week. While living in Florida, I served as Chair of our neighborhood HOA’s “Recreation Committee” where we focused on bringing the community together through creating programs, events, gatherings, and activities for the Association to enhance the lifestyle, interaction, and neighborly atmosphere. My hope is to bring some of my background to BCC and help wherever I am able.
Devon Green – Community Enhancement Committee Chair
My husband Chris and I have lived in Brookfield for a little over a year! Coming from a neighborhood in the city, we have really been enjoying the community, people and overall feel that Brookfield has given us! I work in corporate hospitality as a communications and event specialist and on the side am a Pure Barre instructor. I love to give back to my community in many different ways, mainly anything to do with rescue animals as well as Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Chris and I love to travel, find a great local restaurant to eat at and spend time with our family! I am so excited to serve on the board and am even more excited to be able to add to this great community!
Elaine Lee - Communications Committee Chair
We moved to Brookfield in June 2018 but have a 25-year history in Roswell (with a 5-year gap in Hilton Head, SC). When we moved back to Roswell, we knew we wanted to move into Brookfield. We had heard all the great things the neighborhood had to offer and loved the sense of community and amenities available.  I am a self-employed graphic designer, which affords me the luxury of volunteering my time, whether it be with my children’s school, their extracurricular activities, or the Brookfield HOA! I am interested in preserving the beauty of our neighborhood and its property values, as well as, advancing awareness of how our HOA benefits residents.
Hassina Jamal-Lee - Secretary/Community Enhancement Committee Member and Beautification Committee Member
My family and I moved into the neighborhood two years ago from Northern California. We feel proud to call Brookfield home! Over the course of my career, I have held leadership roles with in Health Care Administration and Quality /Risk Management. I have prior experience on serving on community HOA’s, Board of Directors, in various positions. A key objective of mine is to have an HOA that is successful, efficient and fiscally prudent. I have been volunteering over the last twenty years as it’s vital for me to give back to my community. I value healthy dialogue between the Board and homeowners needs to continue to preserve this wonderful community. I want to support a safe and family-oriented community. I look forward to the ability to serve you.

I have lived on Hickory Oak Hollow for the past 20 years. My husband passed away 11 years ago. I have two lovely daughters and 3 spectacular Grandkids, of which I am very proud.  Up until 2 years ago I worked for a company called PerkinElmer in Johns Creek. It was an amazing 40 years with this Hi-Tech Company.  I am finally able to participate with the wonderful Brookfield Women’s Club-Book Club, Bunco, Outings, Canasta, Bridge, coffee gatherings, etc. and the Brookfield Garden Club which I love, and hold the position as recording secretary. So many more offerings are available here in Brookfield. I am also a member of Roswell Historical Society and North Metro Women’s Connection, part of Stonecroft Ministries, where I hold the position as activity coordinator. The people in Brookfield blow me away. Their talent, their knowledge and pure dedication is astounding!  I look forward to serving on the HOA board and continuing to make this community as great as can be.
