2025 Senior Banner
Congratulations 2025 Graduating Seniors! It is time for our HOA members with High School Seniors to sign up for the Senior Banner. As in the past the banner will just include the students name, there are to many seniors in our neighborhood to fit any other details on the banner. You must be current 2025 HOA members. We will be cross referencing the list to make sure all the names submitted have paid the $200 annual dues.

Thank you to the over 400 residents that have paid your 2025 HOA dues, we sincerely appreciate it. We are on our way to our goal of 650 this year.

"Shout out to the Brookfield HOA Board and other volunteers, neighbors for all they do. The tour of homes event this past summer, the holiday lights contest, working with the city on traffic calming, the nice entrances among other things have been awesome. Keep doing great things."

The Brookfield Country Club neighborhood comprises over 900 homes, which means our neighborhood has more people than many small towns in Georgia! We have seen many homes change ownership over the years with young families seeking our schools and quality of life. Many empty -nesters and retirees, some who are original owners, also love Brookfield and together we form a vibrant community.
