Your Brookfield Country Club Homeowners Association would like to personally thank all who have and continue to support our neighborhood by being part of our HOA. Membership in the BCC HOA is voluntary, we encourage all homes in Brookfield to join and be involved as it is a great way to meet your neighbors while having an active hand in maintaining and building a strong community. Our affordable HOA dues are $200.00 per year. We will continue to keep you updated on the status of current and future projects.

The Brookfield Country Club neighborhood comprises over 900 homes, which means our neighborhood has more people than many small towns in Georgia! We have seen many homes change ownership over the years with young families seeking our schools and quality of life. Many empty -nesters and retirees, some who are original owners, also love Brookfield and together we form a vibrant community.
